We have a very high level of specialist, development and process expertise thanks to our many years of experience. Our top priority is always meeting the needs of our customers and developing the best solution for their challenge. We are happy to take on both new projects as well as recurring tasks. We ensure we remain extremely agile at all times while delivering top-quality products.

We are very aware of our responsibility towards nature and the environment, which is why we place particular importance on reducing our environmental impact and ensuring sustainable production. We have therefore committed ourselves to the goal of ensuring and continually increasing the level of environmental protection in our company. We are very proud to have received the ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management systems certification.

We are a team made up of long-standing employees and maintain close, friendly relationships with one another which are characterised by fairness, respect and straightforwardness. At our company, everyone stands up for and supports one another wherever they can. In addition to flexible working hours, m+m colordesign organises joint company events and fosters a culture of working together as equals.

We stand up for our employees and support training and education. As a company that takes on trainees, we support industrial painting apprentices working towards the Swiss Federal Proficiency Certificate (EFZ).
