Who we are
Through years of experience, we have amassed an incredible amount of specialist knowledge in both development and process management. Our uppermost objective is always to respond to the needs of our customers and develop the solution that best meets their requirements, whether for one-off projects or bulk private label products. We relish new projects just as much as repeat jobs. In carrying these out, we stay very agile and always deliver the same exceptional quality.
We are very aware of our responsibility towards nature and the environment, which is why we place particular importance on reducing our environmental impact and ensuring sustainable production. We have therefore committed ourselves to the goal of ensuring and continually increasing the level of environmental protection in our company. We are very proud to have received the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems certification. The ISO 14001 environmental management systems certification was first awarded in 2015

Company History
Company History
1998
Rolf Mathys and Hansjürg Moser establish the company M+M Colordesign in Grenchen, Switzerland, with an emphasis on coating and printing clock faces.
2004
The company is converted to a limited company (Aktiengesellschaft). Services are expanded to include coating and printing plastic and metal pieces for household and electrical appliances and for medical technology.
2007
Acquisition of a PVD vacuum coating machine to supply the demand for this kind of coating.
2009
The two company founders go separate ways. Hansjürg Moser establishes the company Color Solution SA in Ticino, Switzerland.
Rolf Mathys passes away unexpectedly in the autumn of 2009. Pia Mathys, Hansjürg Moser and Bruno Wyss become members of the operative Board of Directors.
2012
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Introduction of a quality assurance system and modern PPS system.
2016
Certification with ISO 9001-2015. Acquisition of a four-colour pad printing machine.
2017
Acquisition of a property in Grenchen, Switzerland; subsequent conversion and addition of another storey.
2020
Relocation to 10 Lengnaustrasse in Grenchen, Switzerland.

We are a team of long-standing employees working together in a friendly atmosphere characterised by fairness, respect and a straightforward approach. We support our employees and encourage their training and development. As a company that welcomes apprentices, we take on Industrial Coating Technicians in training for their Federal VET Diploma.
We paint, print and coat all types of materials, from individual parts to large series, and always advise you on the best solution for you. With a high level of technical, development and process competence in surface finishing, we have been supporting our customers for over 20 years with our long-standing employees - innovative, agile and very efficient.
